COOKING LESSONS
The cooking class takes place in the farmhouse in the kitchen of your apartment, respecting all the hygienic-sanitary standards. The teacher will explain the history of traditional Umbrian cuisine, their evolution and how to prepare them by providing all the ingredients. You will discover our extraordinary raw materials: extra virgin olive oil, asparagus, truffles, mushrooms, saffron, etc…. You will cook lunch or dinner of the day with the help of the teacher. The price of the lesson varies according to the dishes chosen. An experience not to be missed for lovers of good food.

OLIVE HARVEST
The cultivation of the olive grove takes place with traditional techniques without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Even the olive harvest is carried out rigorously by hand so as not to damage the vegetation of the plants. In the months of October and November our guests can participate in the harvest and receive a precious bottle of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil as a gift. Tasting the "bruschetta" with new oil in front of the fireplace will give you an emotion you will never forget.

The grape harvest is still carried out strictly by hand today. Participants receive the harvest kit and the basket for a snack in the vineyard. During this period we also organize the winemaker's dinner with seasonal products.
