The tasting PLUS includes:
- Platter of Cinta Senese cold cuts, including ham
- A small bowl of Lake Trasimeno bean (Slow Food Presidium)
- Bruschetta with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Selected pecorino cheeses, both fresh and seasoned
- A glass of I.G.T. wine Umbria white reserve
- A glass of I.G.T. wine Umbria red reserve

The BASIC tasting includes:
- Platter of Cinta Senese cured meats
- Bruschetta with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- A glass of white wine D.O.C. Trasimeno
- A glass of red wine D.O.C. Trasimeno

TRUFFLE
Program no. 1 (at least 4 people) Truffle hunting, visit to the medieval village, visit to the company and company museum, aperitif or final lunch with truffle dishes and company products with local wine.
Duration about 3 or 4 hours
Price with aperitif € 90 per person
Price with lunch €120 per person
Children up to 6 years are free. From 7 to 12 years old they pay half the full rate.
Program no. 2 (at least 4 people) Visit to the company and the truffle museum, guided truffle tasting, lunch with truffle dishes and artisan products.
Price €80 per person
